March 19, 2020

Dear customers,
We have made the following decision based on the aesthetics of the pandemic COVID-19, the well-being, health and safety of our employees, and clients is our priority. Therefore, we have made drastic decisions to minimize contact between our employees and clients to reduce the risk of exposure to Coronavirus (COVID-19):
All visits must have an appointment.
We will continue working and seeing people but by appointment only. You can continue to send us documents by email, standard mail or drop off by appointment.
The offices of USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services), ASC (Application Assistance Centers), DOS (Department of State), NVC (National Visa Center) will be closed to the public between March 16, 2020 to June 4, 2020. If you have appointments prior these dates they will be rescheduled, and they will be sending a new letter with instructions with a new appointment.
We will do our best to adequately and quickly notify our clients of any news available via our social media. We will continue to monitor the recommendations of the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) to minimize the risk of exposure and transmission of the virus, in order to continue providing our customers with the services they trust.

Sincerely,
